SINCE 1958

A manufacturer’s rep run like a shop

Most manufacturer’s representatives sell equipment and hand you a warranty card. We do the selling — exclusive product lines for this territory, factory pricing, load review, sizing, and boiler-room layout — and then we keep the thing running. Five factory-trained technicians, a warehouse full of parts, and an R-stamp certificate for code welding all sit in the same building in Richfield, Ohio.

That combination is the reason to call us rather than one of the alternatives. A pure distributor can sell you a boiler but cannot tune it. A service-only contractor can fix what you have but has no factory relationship when it needs replacing. We do both, which also means we have no incentive to talk you into a new unit when a retube would do — or to keep repairing something that should have been replaced two winters ago.

WHO WE WORK WITH

Commercial, industrial, institutional

Hospitals, schools and universities, food and chemical processing plants, manufacturers, apartment and institutional heating plants, and municipal buildings. No residential work. We also sell to the mechanical and piping contractors doing the installation and talk directly with the consulting engineers writing the spec — often before a project is out for bid.

One thing we say early: we are not an installer. Full installations run through your mechanical contractor. We size and supply the equipment, handle the minor piping around the boiler, commission it at startup, and service it for as long as you own it. Field service covers nineteen counties within about a two-hour drive; new-equipment sales reach farther west, out to Toledo and Lima.
